Jennica Anusua has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and International Health and a Masters of Health Science with a focus in Global Mental Health from John Hopkins University. She specializes in working with survivors of complex trauma and in violence prevention and is focused on family and community level healing for C-PTSD, anxiety and depression and how to live healthy lives after abuse. Her work has included development of a mental and emotional health support group for Perinatal and Postpartum moms, specifically for refugee women. She has done maternal intervention work both locally and internationally under grants and with the International Rescue Committee and University of Utah. A lot of the work she’s done focuses on healthy attachment and healing in the family setting and she is passionate about helping people find healthy spaces to thrive.
